Our work is focused on the areas that matter most to the communities we serve: clean water, nutrition, health education, and building pathways toward real opportunity.
Every project we take on starts with a real need identified by the community itself.
These are the four areas where we focus our work.
Clean Water
Clean water is where we started because it is where everything else begins. Without it, daily life is consumed by the effort of getting it. We work with local tradespeople to build practical, lasting water solutions specific to what each household or community actually needs.
Education
We believe education should open doors, not just check boxes. Beyond school supplies and learning resources, we are building toward programs that teach practical skills, including English, computer literacy, and vocational training for women, because real opportunity starts with being equipped for it.
Nutrition
Malnutrition in rural Rajasthan is well documented and deeply connected to poverty. We are developing nutrition programming that goes beyond short-term food access, focused on sustainable approaches that families can maintain and build on over time.
Community Care
Health education, preventive care, and community wellbeing are woven through everything we do. We work alongside local leaders to understand what support looks like in each specific context, because what a community needs is not always what an outside organization would assume.
Featured Clean Water Project: Hillside Home Access
The Challenge
A family of four living on a hillside had no running water at their home. The household is led by a single mother caring for her elderly mother and two children. Without plumbing or a bathroom, every daily task involving water required hauling it up the hill, and that physical burden fell on the same people every day.
The Solution
We worked with local tradespeople to run a water line and motor from the community well up to the home, added a storage tank for reliable access, and converted an existing structure into a functional bathroom with plumbing, fixtures, a door, and proper drainage.
The Impact
That family now has running water at home. The physical burden is gone, sanitation has improved, and the oldest and youngest members of the household have reliable access to something most of us never think about.
